Since 2008, Morgan Smith has been responsible for all Pafford Medical Services locations’ information technology.  As such, Morgan oversees the efficient functionality of data gathering, processing and analysis so crucial for secure EMS contract compliance documentation, patient history information, billing and collections processes and quality assurance and improvement data. Under his keen focus, maintains the integrity of the company’s computer and servers. He also oversees the operation and maintenance of all two-way radio networks and radio interoperability.  As an avocation, Morgan has been influential in providing Internet access to underserved areas in Northwest Louisiana.
