Bringing 32 years of experience in education with her, Kathy Griffin joined Pafford Medical Services in 2014 as a dispatcher. Two years later, she began the role of Crisis Counselor, and ultimately moved into her current roles. She oversees all academic classes for employees — for certification and CEU hours — and also works in marketing; assists in the hiring process; handles travel and hotel arrangements for some departments; and serves on the Dispatch Management Team, helping to write an action plan for restructuring personnel and implementing hiring and training guidelines.
